The location was prime, the breakfast was fresh and staff were happy to help. Studio suite was well-stocked and had a luxurious bathroom. Roof top bar and very clean pool. There was a big restaurant, shops and convenience stores next door.

Decent meals, exceptionally comfortable beds, supportive staff. I had a great bedroom. Everything was exceptional as expected, yet the bathroom was terrible. There were eggs, fresh fruit, omelette and cheese for breakfast. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from duke kahanamoku statue. Nice garden and brilliant pool area.

Immaculate rooms, lovely staff, handy location. There was a downstairs bar with burgers, pizza, salads, ice cream and crisps. Service was fantastic. Local drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise.

With the help of the best staff, we had an enjoyable stay. We loved the super central location and how spotless the place was kept. Marvellous view of castle. Free WiFi, coffee and climate control - very useful.

The pool was nice and the staff was dismissive! We were given light filled, functional room with wrap around balcony. Liked complimentary WiFi, terrace and tea/coffee. The airport was 20 km away from here, panoramic location.

Beautiful location, the room was basic double, basic double. Amazing view, a small balcony, perfect bed, too. The breakfast had lots of options and included eggs, fresh fruit, omelette and cheese. Impeccable service and a SUPERB restaurant, available onsite.
Facilities were comfortable, though Wi-Fi was horrible.

The hotel itself is deluxe, we appreciated location and service. The restaurant was located within 900 feet. The deluxe queen studio overlooked city. Reception staff was very accessible. We had a very nice experience here...
